Chem-Trend at Fakuma 2026: Process solutions for greater stability & efficiency in injection molding
Chem-Trend will demonstrate at Fakuma 2026 in Friedrichshafen how plastics processors can achieve greater process stability, safety, and efficiency.
From October 12 to 16, visitors to hall A5, booth 5225 can learn more about Chem-Trend’s Lusin® mould maintenance products and release agents, Ultra Purge™ purging compounds, and Chem-Trend® HFE. The ester oil-based hydraulic fluids are designed to support process stability, operational safety, and sustainability in injection moulding processes.
With its Lusin® products, Chem-Trend offers a broad portfolio for mould maintenance, protection, lubrication, and release processes in plastics processing. Ultra Purge™ purging compounds support efficient colour and material changes as well as the cleaning of relevant equipment areas such as screws, barrels, nozzles, hot runner systems, and extrusion heads. This can help shorten production interruptions, reduce material losses, and improve start-up processes.
A key highlight of Chem-Trend’s trade show presence is Chem-Trend® HFE-46N. Under the guiding theme “Rethinking hydraulic fluids: safer, cleaner, more stable,” Chem-Trend shows that modern hydraulic fluids can do more than simply transmit power and provide lubrication.
